I absolutely LOVE 4 day splits and honestly think they are kinda slept on! More is NOT always better and I think that 4 day splits are a great way to get behind that mindset. (Also not saying that 5 or 6 day splits are not great, they are! Just stating that a 4 day split can be JUST as effective, if not more effective, given the individual and their goals).
